1. All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 15% VAT.
2. Check-In time is 02:00 PM and Check-Out time is 12:01 PM
3. Room may not guarantee for early arrivals unless pre-reserved and is subject to availability and charges may be applied.
4. Children, less than 5 years will not be charged for any service.
5. Extra bed charge is BDT 1,500/- per night with complimentary breakfast.
6. Guests are requested to present their valid photo identification (Such as Passport, Original Driving License, or National ID Card) during Check-In.
7. Valid Passport & Visa is mandatory for Foreigners to be presented at Reception Desk during Check-In
8. Guests are requested to fill in all the information in the Registration Card at the time of Check-In. We accept Visa/Master/Amex cards as both swipe & chip cards.
9. Swimming Pool time is 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM & Breakfast Time is 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM
10. Dinner last order time is 10:00 PM
11. Pets, Alcohol/Hard Drinks & firearms are not allowed on our premises.
